Today we’re rolling out Company Monitoring — one of our most requested features.

What is Company Monitoring?

You can now add any Finnish company to a watchlist inside your Optiva account. Our system checks authoritative registries daily and sends you an email (and optionally a webhook) whenever something changes.

What changes are tracked?

• VAT or advance tax registration status
• Trade register entry changes (address, directors, company form)
• New or lapsed collective agreements
• Occupational health arrangement changes
• Accident insurance renewals or lapses
• ETK pension certification status

Who is it for?

• Procurement teams monitoring their active supplier base
• Legal teams watching counterparties in ongoing contracts
• Finance teams tracking customers with outstanding invoices

Pricing

Company monitoring is included in all Pro and Enterprise plans. Free-tier users can monitor up to 3 companies.
